DON'T LOOK INTO THE WHITE LIGHT!! It is very bright. Items recieved quickly. Too bad that 1 of the 2 got damaged in shipping. Hopefully Banggood will sort that out. The light fits nicely around the body, it is not as big as a complete vest. You can adjust the straps. I use it mainly for running but also use it now to walk the dog at night. It has 3 modes, bright, dim and flash. I recommend using the flash during dusk or dawn and not in the dark as it will make you go crazy :). There is a small triangle and bar at the back of the main unit that have the colour red, they're nicely visible. Charged it once now and used it on 2 runs of more than 1 hour, so got 2 hours of light all on brightest setting. The quality looks good, nice rubber flap to guard against water ingress for the USB port.
